How I Can Help

I have a warm and compassionate approach.

We will work together to explore your difficulties, thoughts and feelings, at a pace that feels right for you.

My aim is to offer you a safe and supportive relationship to help you to work through any past and present difficulties, issues or events.

My practice is Integrative, which means that I incorporate more than one therapeutic approach during therapy, as no one approach can suit all.

I provide Face to face, Online and Telephone Counselling sessions for adults and young people from the age of 16.
