My background is in Mental Health Nursing. I have over 30 years’ experience working with clients with mild to severe and enduring mental health difficulties.
I have vast experience in containing distress and making sense of people’s lives.
My nursing background has given me valuable insights and an in-depth understanding from which I am able to draw and inform my counselling practice.
I am passionate about mental health and helping people to overcome difficulty and find their potential to create the lives they desire.
